ABSTRACT
Recruitment and Classification Membership of Persis Unisza using Smart is a web system for recruit new member and classifying cluster of membership.The problem is recruit new member and classify cluster are done by manually. The coordinator need to select manually by checking the applicant criteria.Its takes a long time because of the meeting and the calculation is done manually and the calculation can be wrong because of the technical problem such as rectifications. The purpose of this system is to recruit new membership and classify the cluster based on personality test . Applicant need to answer the questions after the registration.The question of the personality test is related to the criteria .This system will generate the result of the personality test which is higher total mark.From the result the applicant will know their cluster.Coordinator can manage the personality test and view the result.Beside Committee can view the applicant and also can view the result . Methodology used in this system is Iterative model which support the developer to develop a system and for the technique, this system used Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART).

In a decision making model with SMART trying to cover any shortfall from the previous model without computerization. SMART is also possible to structure a system and environment into components interact with each other and then unite them with measure and regulate the effects of the elements of a system error.

The main equipment of this model is a functional hierarchy with main input is human perception. So basically there is no significant difference in the SMART model with other models at the same lies in the type of input, it is just that there is a percentage of each linear weighting determined by the results of analysis of the problem . |

Conclusion
Recruitment and Classification membership system for Persis UniSZA that can improve the management of organization itself. Developed system that effective in recruit applicants into the cluster based on personality test using Simple multi-attribute rating technique(SMART). This project can become contributor for recruit new membership of Persis Unisza.
